Jose Mora

Jose speaks Spanish, Valencian and English.

He holds a law degree from the Universitat de València / CEU San Pablo and is a member of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV), having been secretary of the Intellectual Property Section of the ICAV.

He has been a member of the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents since 2012.

Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property / Magister Lucentinus by the University of Alicante (1999), Master in Law and Information and Communication Technologies by the University of Valencia (2009) and Specialist in Market and Contracting by the UOC (2011).

He has extensive experience both in the prior advice and processing of industrial property rights (trademarks, designs and patents) and intellectual property rights, as well as in the contractual regulation of their exploitation and in their defense before the Courts.

He has participated as speaker in different conferences related to industrial and intellectual property (Universtitat Politècnica de València, Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de València, Barcelona Bar Association, Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo).
