Prosecution

We manage the registration of trademarks, designs and patents before the various Spanish, European and international offices, as well as domain names, coordinating our actions with those of the most appropriate technicians in each case. We carry out searches for prior art and trademark feasibility reports, prior to their application. We provide file surveillance services, and perform audits of the IP rights portfolio for their rationalization and optimization.
