Joaquin Angoloti

Joaquin speaks Spanish, English and French.

He holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Paris School of Mines and is an Industrial Property Agent.

He completed the European Patent Law Course at the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).

He is a Senior Patent Examiner at the SPTO, on leave of absence, where he remained for more than seven years and processed national and PCT applications.

He has given lectures on industrial property, both representing the SPTO and in his private activity.

He has been President of ATISOA, the professional association of A1 officials of the SPTO.

He is currently involved in the preparation of national and international patent applications, patentability studies and expert reports.
