Alberto García López
Alberto speaks Spanish, Valencian, English and German.
He holds a law degree from the University of Valencia / CEU San Pablo and has been a member of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV) since 2002.
Master in International Business Law from the University of Manchester (2001) and Master in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Max Plank Institute of Munich / Universität Augsburg (2014), where he was awarded the ‘OEHM Prize’ for the best academic record.
He enrolled as a PhD student at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), researching the effectiveness of technology transfer contracts as a method for self-financing universities and public research centers.
He has extensive professional experience at national and international level in the protection of rights and processing of industrial and intellectual property files, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of licensing and technology transfer agreements.
He regularly participates in courses and lectures and collaborates in publications for the dissemination of industrial and intellectual property.
