BARCELONA MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS. 25 to 28 February 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

In three weeks<\/strong>, a new edition of this important event for the mobile communications industry will take place in Barcelona.<\/p>\n

The Commercial Court Judges of Barcelona<\/strong>, with the collaboration, for the first year, of those of Alicante<\/strong> (competent for European Trademarks and Designs conflicts), have adopted again a Fast action Protocol <\/strong>containing measures to guarantee a fast and effective system of precautionary protection concerning IP rights, competition law, unfair competition, and unlawful advertising behaviours. Once again, we must congratulate the Courts <\/strong>for this magnificent initiative, which has been very effective since it was implemented four years ago, and for their continuous effort to improve it edition after edition.<\/p>\n
