Paris School of Mines and is an Industrial Property Agent.<\/p><p>He completed the European Patent Law Course at the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).<\/p><p>He is a Senior Patent Examiner at the SPTO, on leave of absence, where he remained for more than seven years and processed national and PCT applications.  <\/p><p>He has given lectures on industrial property, both representing the SPTO and in his private activity.<\/p><p>He has been President of ATISOA, the professional association of A1 officials of the SPTO.<\/p><p>He is currently involved in the preparation of national and
