He is the author of many publications and has attended many lectures and seminars related to those specialized areas.
He has a wide expertise in advising, litigation and contracts related to patents, trademarks and designs, and also in distribution agreements.

Current Vice-president of the Competition and Intellectual Property Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Lecturer in seminars and conferences related to these matters, among others, at the Master’s Degree in Competition and Intellectual Property Law and at the Trademark, Design and Patent Law Course, both annually organized by the Barcelona Bar Association.
She has a long experience in giving advice about the application of trademarks and designs, and in litigation concerning these IP rights.

Member of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Attorneys Association since 2012.
Intellectual Property Law arbiter at the Arbitrational Court of the Valencia Bar Association since 2017.
Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law / Magister Lucentinus from the University of Alicante (1999); Master’s Degree in Law and Information and Communications Technology from the University of Valencia (2009); and Market and Contract Specialist by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (2011).
He has a broad experience both in counselling about and the registration of intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs, patents and copyright), their contractual regulation and defence before Courts.
Regular lecturer in Intellectual Property Law seminars and conferences (Polytechnic University of Valencia, Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, Valencia School of Art and Design, Barcelona Bar Association, Menendez-Pelayo International University).

ALBERTO GARCÍA LÓPEZ

Law Degree from the University of Valencia / CEU San Pablo and member of the Valencia Bar Association since 2002.
Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Manchester, 2001; and Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and Competition Law, from the Max Plank Institute / Augsburg University, 2014, where he was awarded the ‘OEHM Prize’ to the best academic record.
He is currently doing a Ph.D. at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), focusing his research on technology transfer agreements as an efficient self-funding mechanism for universities and public research institutes.
He has a broad professional experience at a national and international level in the protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights, as well as in drafting and negotiating licence and technology transfer agreements.
He participates regularly in seminars and talks, and contributes to publications for the promotion of intellectual property.

He is an Mine Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and from l’École d’ingénieurs MINES ParisThec (Paris)
He is also a Patent and Trademark Attorney
He completed the Course on European Patent Law at the Escuela de Organización industrial (EOI, Madrid)
He is a Senior Patent Examiner at the Spanish Office of Trademarks and Patents (OEPM), now on leave of absence, where he stayed for more than seven years and managed national and PCT applications.
He has taken part on conferences on Industrial Property, either on behalf of the OEPM or as a private practitioner.
He has been President of ATISOA, the professional association of A1 OEPM’s civil servants o.
He is currently focused on drafting national and international patent applications, patentability opinions and expert reports.
EVA BOLART
Administration
Eva is the responsible for the administration, accounting and customer service Department, working with efficiency and professionalism.
In addition, taking advantage of her knowledge and organizational skills, she acts as a Paralegal giving special support to the Prosecution Department.
